the question is
List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside of your origin or of residence in the last ten years.

my question:
Do I have to write down my trips to Canada, I am right now in Canada.
Is that the residence country so I don't need to?

You need to list trips outside country of residence. If you are living in Canada since 2008 for example, you need to list trip outside of Canada for 2008-2016 and trips outside the former country of residence for 2006-2008
