IMM 5562 How to put dates and length if you are currently in a destination?

The applicant is currently in Canada.

can we fill To with "present" and Length with "Until Current Date"?

Also she has only traveled back and forth between Canada and her country of origin.

or should we just use dates? I think I read some people put "present".
