IMM 5562 - Does sponsor fill it out too?

Just had one question about the IMM 5562 Supplementary Information form. Sponsoring my husband and was just wanted to know if I too also have to fill out the spouse section detailing travels even though I am the sponsor.

No, the sponsor does not have to fill out this form. It says spouse because this form is also used by couples who are immigrating together.

I had the same question but now also another. I read somewhere that you only have to add this form if you're applying to the Paris office. Is this correct? I don't understand why only Paris would be interested in this information so I doubt my understanding of what I read.

Yes, the forms for Western Europe include one for your travels, but only those applying through the Paris office need to fill it out.
