For the sponsorship questionnaire IMM5540 #8...

I reside outside of Canada currently and back in 1999 on a 1 year work visa to Australia. As far as complete addresses and phone numbers, I do not have any record and I cannot remember this information. I do remember month/year and the town/city that I lived and worked in. Would this be okay? Has anyone else experienced this concern with the application? Advice pleeeeeeeeeease!
