Do I need to list all the times my spouse met my relatives or only the first time? What if they met the same person a number of times, do I have to list all of this?

I agree with MilesAway. They are looking to see if you've introduced your partner to people in your life. That's one of the signs of a non-genuine relationship. So try to include as many as you can remember.
