IMM 5490, questions 24-27 seem to be for sponsors who don't live with their spouse. We live together, so I'm not sure how to answers these.

i am not familiar with what each question number is specifically. are you talking about the questions that ask when the sponsor visited the applicant? if you lived together, say just that. you live together, so there's no need to "visit". if those questions are about the evolution of your relationship, then tell them how your relationship evolved. it doesn't matter if you live together or not. without specifics about what the questions are, i am unable to help you futher.
