Hi,
I am American. My wife of 30 years (married in Canada in 1987) and both of our children (son,21 and daughter,23) are all Canadian and American. My wife is sponsoring me.
My daughter is on her own and my son just started his 3rd year at U of Toronto.

Question - do my wife, son and daughter ALL have to individually complete this form? Do my parents and my sister?
