hey guys I have a quick question about this form... this form is only to be filled out when there is other family members that are coming to canada with my wife? I am recently married but I have been with my wife for a year and a bit but we don't have any children just yet and we won't be bringing any family with her.

Also about my application to sponsor and her application to apply for residency, do I send them both at the same time or send one first then the other

I am also looking for a job right now and I haven't been able to find one yet, can I still apply if I can do I just say live of saving or what?

thanks again for all your help and have a good day

Juan

The form must be filled with the aplicant's family informations accompanying you or not.
If you don't have a brother or a sister, for example, fill with n/a.

That form needs to be filled out, regardless of whether your family members will be accompanying you.

You send both parts of the application together to Mississauga. Failure to do so could result in your application being returned.

There is no minimum income requirement, but you do need to prove that you will not require welfare. So if you have savings, a place to live, and a plan, you should be okay.

Do we include our children on this form if the children are already Canadian citizens?

Taken directly from the guide:
Write the personal details for your children. It is very important that you list all of your children (even if they are already permanent residents or citizens of Canada). This includes:

married children,
adopted children,
children of your spouse(step-children) or common-law partner,
any of your children who have been adopted by others,
any of your children who are in the custody of an ex-spouse, former common-law partner or other guardian.
You must answer all questions. If any sections do not apply to you, answer “N/A”.

So yes, you must list them.
