just got a request letter from CIC asking me to provide the IMM5406 additional family information form.
In the form it stated that “complete names in english and in your native language”. So i’m a bit confused here because i’m from Vietnam and Vietnamese name will contain accent/tone marks on the characters. So am i supposed to write vietnamese name? Like write exactly same as name in my and my family members’ passport!? Or i have to write in both English (without the tones) and Vietnamese (with the tones)?
Also, is this request a good side that my application has passed the eligibility ? AOR June 24th 2021, biometric update july 20th 2021
