IMM 5401 forgot to write Client ID!

Hello everyone

I am having a major panic attack.. I might have missed filling in the CLIENT ID section of my IMM 5401. Would this be a reason for CIC to decline my PR renewal?? My application is complete 100% except that and I am very worried.

Please help and advice! Any help would be much appreciated.

Relax javier ..
Dont worry it wont be a reason to decline your PR renewal application. CIC already know your client ID/UCI number...they will figure it out.
in worst case scenario they will send you a letter requesting additional documents or to provide incomplete information if they think it is that much important and they are not able to figure out who you are and what your UCI number is.
