Record of landing/confirmation of permanent residence number:

My wife has become a canadian citizen back 2004 she gave me 2 numbers, one starting with B on the top of the confirmation of permanent residence Paper ,one is client ID and one number is starting with T, which one is it?

COPR is always letter T followed by nine numbers.
