hi I have a question on the first part of the form 1344. on question 6 it says nature of your relationship to principal applicant
I am applying from inside Canada for my husband outside Canada. should I then write :
spouse in Canada?

I don't know if this out-side/inside Canada refers to me here or to him.
appreciate if anyone can clarify.

Thank

He is outside so you choose spouse outside Canada.

This question does not determine whether you are processed inland or outland.

It is asking who you are in relation to the Principal applicant. You should be putting Spouse Inside Canada.

Question 6
  1. Tell us the nature of your relationship to the principal applicant:
    • Spouse
    • Common-law partner
    • Conjugal partner
    • Parent
    • Other (do not check)
  1. If you are a common-law or conjugal partner, give the date you entered into that conjugal relationship.
Here is a thread with an example

So Sponsor = You
PA= Husband
Your relationship to PA = Spouse in Canada
