I had applied for work permit in 2014 and it was refused on the following grounds : family ties in canada and country of residence, purpose of stay, personal assets and financial status.
Applied work permit in 2019 Francophone program REFUSED-not able to demonstrate that I will perform the work I’m seeking, do not meet the prescribed language requirements under C16, not satisfied that I will leave Canada at the end of my stay based on the limited employment prospects in my country of residence.
SO my question is, do i need to provide a cover letter? Do i need to say that i will leave canada at the end of my contract or no?
I'm comfused. Please help.
