Almost done with filling all my form. I am reconfirming few of the things again :-

- Immigration Office = CPP - OTTAWA ??

- My celpip score is L - 5H, R - 4L, W - 4H, S 5L . For NOC 2283 Is it good ?

- The bar code pages :- Do I need to put them at the top of the form ??

Yes, but I think the name has changed to "CPC - OTTAWA".

I'm not familiar with CELIPIP. Wait for another forum member to confirm or check here for the mapping from CELPIP to CLB:

"If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC 0 or A job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC B job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5 in either English or French for all four language abilities."

I put mine at the top of the form and it was accepted.
 
Yes your language results are acceptable. NOC 2283 is skill level B; the minimum CELPIP score is therefore 3L in the four abilities.

Put the barcode page on top of your application package.
