I am trying to fill the temporary visa request for my fiancée, as an extended family member (form IMM 006), but according to the instructions on the Immigration and citizenship website, she should select "other" in the field "1 a) purpose of travel", (choose “other” from the drop-down menu), and, on field "1 b) description field", write “COVID-19” exactly like this, however after we change the purpose to "other" it does not show a new field to type COVID-19, I can't find this 1B field.
Did you have the same problem? Or, for those who already submitted, where did you type COVID-19 in the visa request application?
