IMM 0008E Nickname Question

Hi,

In IMM 0008E Personal Detail Question 2 on Personal Details section says: Have you used any other name (Nickname, maiden name, alias etc.) Now there are two fields after that: Family name(s) and Given name(s).

If I have been using professional(at job) name should I mention it in Given Name box?

Name on passport : Aaaa Bbbb

professional name: Aaaa(Cccc) Bbbb

Yeah Give your Family Name and Name as indicated in your passport. Leave Nickname or professional names out of this to avoid misunderstandings and complications. Just go with your passport details.
