I have completed diploma in mechatronics engineering and also have 3 years of experience in project management.Please guide me to apply for the canadian immigration and let me know whether I am eligible for the immigration.

If you want to apply as an engineering manager then you need to compare your job descriptions for the 3 years to the "main duties" outlined by HRSD Canada for Engineering managers in the link below,

If there is about 70 to 80 percent match then you are good to go. Best of luck
