I'm 16 years old(grade 11) international high school student studying in Niagara. There's really nothing much to do after school except cadets and stuffs, so I wanna try working at Tim Hortons for getting some budget and experience although I have zero problem paying for school right now.
My study permit says

'GUARDIAN/CUSTODIAN: *name*
TEMPORARY RESIDENT STATUS MAINTAINED AS PER R183(6); UNLESS QUTHORIZED, PROHIBITED FROM ENGAGING IN EMPLOYMENT IN CANADA; ISSUED TO VALIDITY DATE OF PASSPORT'

below but I have no idea where I can get the permit from. All the infos on the cic website seem to be for collage and university students. Can anyone please help me with this? I really wanted to have a job for decades

You don't qualify for a work permit while studying at the high school level.

Agree with the above. It's not possible for you to work. Only international students studying at the post secondary school level are allowed to work. This is why the information on the CIC web site is pointed to university and college students. Unfortunately you're out of luck.
