I'm applying for PR visa to Canada through sister office of CanApprove consultancy , India with head office at Canada. I'm little bit baffled about the consultancy, if someone else aware of this consultant whether its a trustworthy or bogus, please be kind enough to let me know.
Your suggestions are eagerly welcomed one because it will guide not only me as well as future applicants too.

why do you need a consultant? It is not so difficult. You can apply on your own. This forum has lot of info. The consultants will do nothing. They will ask you to run for all docs and they will only sit and courier it.

I'm really fed up about my eligibility criteria stated below,

I had completed 10th standard + Diploma in Electrical & Electronics (3 yrs) in India (total 13 years of educational experiences) + 4yrs of pertinent work experience.

With this, when I had my eligibility assessment at one of the reputed consultancy, they have demonstrated that they would never consider 10th + Diploma (3 yrs) for any immigration programs to Canada except 12th + Degree (4 yrs) i.e., (total 15 Years of educational experiences).

Yet I haven't get any proper information regarding this query from any folk's. Atlast my perspective was that this forum might be an ideal solution for this query as like so far most other embarrassed queries.

So please kindly drop out your helpful suggestions concerning this above stated credentials, whether my educational credentials are eligible for FSW program or else other immigration programs.

You can certainly submit a profile for consideration for the FSW program provided you score at least 67 points under the FSW points system. Since the FSW system is points based, it does favour those with more education and it's easier to be selected if you have more education. Have you gotten your education officially evaluated yet? If not - I would do this to see how it's evaluated. It may be evaluated as the equivalent of a high school degree - or possibly as a certificate/diploma. This will determine how many points you get for your education. So the short answer is that you can probably submit a profile for consideration - but whether you are selected will depend on how many points you have under the Express Entry system.
