I'm a current Ph.D. student in the USA need help with express entry program

Hello,

Thank you for taking time to answer my questions. I'm planning to graduate with my Ph.D. in the USA by next April(2021), but since I have masters and excellent IELTS scores, I'm planning to submit my express entry profile now, so that if I get selected, my visa will be ready by graduation. However, I have some questions?

1. Since I was only awarded a master’s degree should I include in the express entry profile that I have an incomplete Ph.D. ?
2. Do I need WES verification for the incomplete Ph.D., I mean they don't asses incomplete ones right?
3. I have 5 years of continues TA experience in the USA: part-time, but did in every fall, spring, and summer, and that should be good for work experience right? Under NOC 4012?

If someone who was successful or in the similar situation with me, I would like to talk to you if that's possible. Any help on these questions is highly appreciated.

1. You'll just list the Master's. No points for an incomplete PhD.
2. Just the Master's. Not the PhD.
3. As long as it's continous, then yes you should be good.
