I have got the Addmision of ACCA in the collage without ILTES.Can I apply the VISA with out ILTES result?

Definitely u can apply coz IELTS is not da requirement of da embassyassy...aLL da best

According to the visa officer manuals there is no requirement of IELTS for issuing canadian visa.
It is mandatory only if its the requirement or the condition of the admission.
Since your admission doesnt need any,so you are good to go.Your visa can never be rejected on this basis.

No IELTS is embassy requirement. Even if college doesn't requires it, Embassy requires it . No specific bench mark but should be a decent one . 6=
