Hey everyone, I'm a 24 unmarried man living in the US since I was 14, I did not enter the country legally and I have tried seeking help within the US for a fix without luck. I don't have any criminal records, could I stay apply for any Canadian program in the U.S without going back to my country?

I'm originally from Honduras so going back is not an option due to the economy crisis, LGBT issues, and sky high crime rates, but also staying in the US illegally is a nightmare. What can I do?

Any further information needed to better understand my case can be provided.

You can apply for permanent resident status in Canada IF you are eligible.
As you are already in the USA, applying for refugee status in Canada is not an option unless you already have family here.

Just to add to the above, temporary residence (TRV, Student visa, work permit, etc.) are not an option. The only way would be immigration, and there isn't any guarantee you wouldn't need to return to the Honduras for an interview. And since you have been in the US for 10 years, a refugee claim is unlikely to succeed.

As mentioned, the only chance for coming to Canada is to qualify for one of our economic immigration streams (express entry, PNP, etc) to get PR status. You must have qualifying education and skilled work experience to have any chance.
Info on all programs is here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

As others have explained, you would need to have the work experience, education, settlement funds, etc. available to apply to immigrate to Canada through an economic stream like Express Entry. Any temporary visa (e.g. study permit, visitor visa, work permit) isn't an option due to your status in the US.

You should be aware that as soon as you leave the US, you will be automatically banned from re-entering for 10 years. So if/when you leave, make sure you are prepared not to return for at least a decade.
