Illegal alien in US

Hey, iam Ramesh Tharlapally presently staying at Ohio, United States. I have entered USA on B1,B2 visa. I have been granted a 10 year multiple visa from india. I have applied for L1 visa from Ohio,but it got denied. Now i have been overstaying from 2.5 years. I am working in a convenience store and have a valid social security number. I want to immigrate to Canada for further opportunities. Is there any chance for me for the same

Yes - you can apply to immigrate to Canada if you qualify. You will need to research Canada's immigration programs to see if you qualify to apply. You should start with the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program where points are received based on age, language abilities, education, skilled work experience and other factors. Right now you need to have 440+ points to be selected.

Note that once you leave the US, you will be automatically banned from re-entering that country for 10 years.
