II time apply for Visit Visa

Hi, I am 27 years- Male. First time I stayed in Canada for 4 month with my sister in Canada. They gave visa 6 months. I left Canada on January 2016.
I am planning to apply for II time to apply to Canada to see my sister.
Do they approve my visa?
Is there any chances to reject my visa? I alreay here in canada and stayed only 4 month.

"Only for 4 month" is quite a long time for a visit. Yes, your visits are quite large and frequent... there is a chance of refusal.
