If the form has been revised since you submitted your original, then yes. This is because each page will have the revision information at the bottom of the page. It's imperative that all pages have the same revision.
i was hoping that was not the case because in another form i need to wait until i go back to Aus and get some info from documents I have back there. I was hoping to sign the form before i leave and then email the info to my wife who could then print out the revised page. so i guess now i will have to print out the whole form in Aus and mail it all to Canada!
