Finally received my eCoPR today!

CEC applicant inland 2 dependents:

ITA - May 20 2020

AoR - June 5th 2020

Medical exams passed - july 30th 2020

Eligibility passed oct 2020

Background check passed - July 25th 2021

Portal request email - Aug 16th 2021

Sent portal info back - Aug 24th 2021

Portal login email - Sep 26th 2021

Photo sent - Aug 30th 2021

After tens of calls to IRCC I was able to get an agent sent a request to the CPC-Ottawa to look at the expired medicals (expired May 2021; extended June 2021) and another one to send a query to the local VO asking reasons for the delay in landing (my application was approved by an officer the 1st week of October 2020). Upon that the local VO submitted a query to CPC Ottawa with the same question about the delay and the response on was "Client was not previously virtually landed as it appears file was not added to any PQ at time of landing so was not properly referred to any office for finalization"

Now these idiots have added a Print Queue to the COPR document section on the GCMS notes (received on July 15 2021) but that document has an expiry date in May 2021 (exactly the same day as the expiry date of the old medicals). I am stunned by how stupid these people are.

Useless to say, apart from the medical extension in June 2021, there has been complete silence on the application since October 2020.

I'm wondering how were you able to get the local VO to submit a query to CPC Ottawa, and how did you get the response? Was it through email?
