If we select Profession according to Degree title ?

I have obtained BS(Software Engineering) so basically i am Software Engineer(NOC 2173) which is regulated under regulatory body in Quebec but i am working as Web Developer/Software Developer/Web Programmer(NOC 2175) since i obtained this degree.
My Question is that if it is mandatory for me to choose NOC 2173 and tell Quebec immigration authorities that my profession is regulated or if i can simply mention NOC 2175 in my application documents.

I am confused so please help will be appreciated ?
