i have got my aorin oct.if the rules change for FSW category,say in jan,and i have nt yett submitted my doc to delhi,
then will i be still eligible under the old rules,or i have to start again under the new rules???

Dont worry it will be the Old rules since the application date for PR is locked once it reaches Nova Scotia and if a file number is given
