If multiple entry visa is denied is there a possiblity a single will be issued

Hello:
We want to apply for a TRV... and are just wondering if she doesn't meet the requirements for a multi entry visa is there a possibility they will issue a single entry visa? or should we just apply for a single entry visa? The multiple would make it far easier if she decides to return for another visit!

First time around it may be safer to go for a single visa. Just make sure you have satisfied every possible question the VO may have about the proposed trip, home ties, finances, etc. Good Luck.

Well she has a job although it doesn't pay much which she will be granted leave from, owns a very small house, has sisters brothers a mother and two children in south africa... hopefully that is enough for the VO....
