If I have college admission, but have low IELTS scores should I go for Non-SDS

As i mentioned i have L-5.5,R-4.5,W-5.5,S-6 overall 5.5 .
If we consider SDS requirements, then i have all the things as per the requirements except the IELTS bands.
And also I have a very good profile.
So should I apply for Non-SDS ?
And will I get the visa ?

You can apply for anything you meet the minimum requirements for. Nobody can tell you what the result will be, although low IELTS scores could be held against you if they don't think you'll be able to seriously follow and complete the program.

IMO - you'll be refused if you apply under non-SDS. Any score under 5.5 generally guarantees a refusal. Rewrite IELTS and acheive a higher score.
