If I delete an unsubmitted Express Entry profile, can I restart it when I'm ready?

I accidentally started the 60 day timer to submit an Express Entry profile on my GCKey account and also didn't realise I needed IELTS scores before I could do anything else.
Is it okay to delete my unsubmitted Express Entry profile and start over when I am ready with IELTS scores?
Not sure if there will be a penalty for deleting an unsubmitted profile.
