I have worked as a teacher in an English training school for several years, and my job responsibilities are to teach English for children. I want to know if my job belongs to the NOC4131? and if I am qualified to apply Canadian skilled permanent residence?
In addition, if I submit my application immediately, which can arrive in Canada before April 16, 2010, if my application will be affected by the new policy of April 16, 2010?
