Hello,
I would appreciate if any of you can give an answer to the following;

I indicated in my study permit immigration form that my father Will accompany me to Canada to help me cope up with the new environment.

But aftet I applied my father informed me that he cannot accompany me to Canada as he's got very busy with his business establishment. Will it be a problem at the airport while entering canada as my father will not be with me?
My father didn’t apply for visitor visa as he informed me of his reasons that he cannot now accompany and managed some of our family members in canada to take care of me.

Please let me know the ramifications and feasible solutions

Unless you are a minor then stating your father would have accompanied you would have had zero affect on any decision to have granted your study permit.

Assuming you are 18/19 plus you are considered an adult and expected to take care of yourself and there is no provision as such for someone to be accompanied other than the spouse option. In fact even if your father had applied for a visitor visa then accompanying you as purpose of visit would possibly not have been a deciding factor in any successful application for a visit visa.

Anyway as above the fact not coming with you is totally irrelevant
