one of my relative and her husband has got the canadian visa( Under Federal skilled worker category), but she is having some problems with her husband. She is staying apart from him.She is the primary applicant. The letter accompanying the visa shows that she will be interviewed once she reaches canada. If she go to canada without telling her husband, will it effect her process when she arrives at canada and when she is interviewd there. If the primary applicant doesnt take the dependent along how will it effect her visa?? or if the dependents visa expires and he doesnt go??

No impact.

If the dependent never comes to Canada, the dependent's visa will expire without impacting the primary applicant.

You should also not, that until the principal applicant has landed, the dependents cannot land.
The PA must land first or at the same time as anyone else included in the application.
This means that if the PA waited until the very last day of the COPR validity before landing, it's unlikely that the husband would be able to land because his COPR would expire before it was possible. I think that all the COPR documents have the same expiry date in a single application.
