If Biometric is not done due to COVID-19, will PR process continue in back for further step?

Hi,

In our PR application, we got an invitation to apply for biometric 1.5 months back. Due to COVID-19, biometric centers are not open in Canada. We don’t know when will it open?

My question is, if biometric is not done then will the rest of PR application process be continue for the next step even if biometric is not done?

for temporary there is an exemption
