I have experience of 3 year of teaching in a college.my %age is below 50% as per UGC rules,i can not get permanent job in india,Can i apply for canada on the basis of my experience. PLZ help me seniors

I think they r not interested in percentage. ur 3 yrs experience as a college lecturer is good enough for u to apply as fedral skld worker. u can apply under noc-4131.
r ur experience is as a regular lecturer?

CHC has nothing to do with your Marks..If your experience and education match with NOC code you can apply without any problem
