Hello, I am really confused. My situation is I am On my PGWP with 435 crs score and my visa will expire on Nov2024 . Currently I have 1.5 year of experience in NOC B. I want to get PR support LMIA for 50 points but I m pregnant and my due date is October. My concern is if I get Approved for PR support LMIA after or before taking my maternity leave can I still eligible for 50 points. On this July I’ll complete my 2 years of experience. What should I do please help me out.
