here's the case, i have savings that can cover my tuition and 1 year living expenses. My father is willing to sponsor and provide support when needed, should i include ONLY his bank statement or also a letter of his employment?

up to you. i don't think it changes your case much. If your father is willing to sponsor you, include an affidavit from him stating this, his employment letter and his bank statements over four months. good luck.

What should the affidavit say exactly? I won't be providing his bank statements, only total amount with employment letter.

You are required to provide bank statements. It is not optional.

Really? I'll provide MY bank statements and it'll cover tuition and expenses. My father's would just be a back up...

If your going to mention your father, then you HAVE to provide his bank statement.

If your going to support yourself, then show your own bank statements.

You CANNOT mention someone will sponsor you or help you without showing their banks statements, wage slips,, employment letter etc..

If you are unwilling to show your father's bank statements, then don't mention him at all.

Also, whoever's bank statements you show, they have to show a period of four months, without too much inconsistency in total amount,
