If a company close, does federal file effected from it ?

I just got my Federal file number in 2017 Nov (PNP based Non Express entry) .Our company is doing good but just wondering in case company
Case 1: Goes bankrupt
Case 2: Taken by some other Company
Case 3: Decided to close out location but continue business in other provinces ?

Please provide Ans. for both closed and open work permit

Case 2 is simple. Because your work position would continue and the only thing you might need to do is to update your province (if you were nominated based on your job offer) and federal (if you got points from LMIA or the above with province). That is of course before you land.

However case 1 and 3 is the same thing from your point of view. Your employment offer will cease to exists and here it depends what was the original requirement from your province. Worst case scenario you would loose your nomination.
