Guys, I took Ielts exam on 07 january 2017 and got my test results on 19 january 2017.Will my IELTS expire on 07 january or 19?

If you wrote the test in 2015 - then the results have already expired.

While you figure out when you wrote it, simple answer is it is valid for 2 years from when you took it!
