Hi, i do not have a hard copy of my ielts. Is there any chance cic would request the hard copy from me or only the uploaded file is enough?
If I order a new ielts report, will the report number and report date be different from the original report? As I already have my ielts info on EE profile, I wanna see if the info on the additional report would be different. Thanks!

IRCC need only scanned copy ... to upload when ITA request come and nothing to worry ...
if you request also they will provide the same one ... . No Change ur IELTS test report number ..

How about the report date on the additional report? Would be new date or remain the same as original?
For uploading documents, do we have to get each document certified copy? Or just basically scan them?

in IELTS , only one date when you wrote the exam ... not certificate printed date .( according my 3 times IELTS exam experience )
Just scan copy and upload when needed for ITA submission docs.
