the only way you can apply under the federal skilled worker category as cook is IF you can get a permanent full time job offer from your employer and be able to meet all other requirements, its though but possible.
you need to met the canadian language benchmark for skilled worker which is i think has to be 7 in all four bands, experts can share their inputs.

good luck :)

mawin the truth informations is what you have to look for yourself.

im very aware of the change that took place for the FSW may 4th this year and i said if he can get a permanent full time job offer which is called an ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT he can still apply even though his job is not on the list and he is doing a trade(cook) but its a skilled position noc B.
before jumping on me go through the whole FSW application guide and manual to see it clear for your self then comeback and start commenting on people trying to help each others on this forum.

mawin to the best interest of forum readers seeking help here,i suggest you go and practice your ENGLISH language very hard for the next few years to come so you can fully understand the meaning of the language and also develop your grammatical skills.

Thank you Canadavisa13.
I do appreciate on your suggestion. My English is not good at all..

you are welcome mawin,im always down to help.

your language skills will also open many doors to you and opportunities will present themselves when you choose to settle in a new country that speaks a different language then the one used back in your home country.

good luck ;)

I am so sorry that I didn't update my information since CIC had annouced on May 4th.
I feel sorrow to use this forum.

no worries, you don't have to be sorry.we are just a bunch of good people trying to help and guide each other through the immigration process.
its almost impossible to keep up with the immigration updates :)changes comes all the time now.

i didnt get the answer for my qustions till now. i have a permanent full time employment.then please tell me how much i need to get in kelts in individual.

prasanth remesh,

the answer is already given but once again YES YOU CAN APPLY AS A FSW,if you spend sometime reading the instruction guide you will be able to find and understand the requirements,or do you plan to become a permanent resident of canada without even making a clear determination if you qualify or not.
believe it or not, information is power so make CIC website your primary resource information if you plan to become a permanent resident or find an immigration lawyer if you do not want to bother and go through the hassle.
