i got listening-4,reading-4.5,wrighting-6.5speaking-7. am i eligible to apply in canadian experience class?please help me

It depends on your noc - see here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp

I think you need a 5 for listening if applying for noc B
And for 0 and A you need 6 for everything

you need CLB 7 in all for NOC 0 and A ( which means 6 score in ALL four)

while CLB 5 in all four for NOC B ( which means 5 in listening,writing and speaking and 4 in reading)
You have very poor score in Listening which makes you ineligible for any NOC.

Unfortunately U are not eligible.

But never mind. Next time practise more and then appear for IELTS.
