I GOT AEO UNDER 1231 NOC BOOK KEEPER AND GOT 72 WITHOUT IELTS IN IELTS S-6.L-6,W-5.5,R-5 =8 SCORE WITH IELTS I SCORED 80. IS MY FILE CAN REJECT BY VISA OFFICER?

It should not be a problem........go ahead and apply. What makes you feel, that you will be rejected?????

my lawyer said visa officer can feel that i can't manage the job, should have high level in any one (6.5)

then practice harder and retake the IELTS test to be safe.

but in cic modrate ielts is sufficent for my boc because it comes under level B.

u either take a risk with the VO decision or practice harder and get good results..... choice is yours.

In the main just 67 points will be required, but the visa officer can, at their discretion, reject a case if they believe the profession requires a higher competency in English (or French). Teaching is one such profession I believe, but I don't know the full list of professions where minimum language skills would be a factor.

With 80 points I find it very very very unlikely you will be rejected. Ok so 5.5 in writing isn't amazing, but isn't book-keeping mainly about writing numbers?

If you have the time and money and want to play it safe, see if you can do another IELTS and improve your score, particularly in writing and reading. Even if the new score doesn't give your more points, if you can get the lowest score to 6 or so, this will improve your language competency.
