Ielts vs toefl

I've actually heard that TOEFL is easier.
TOEFL 'consists' of American English, whilst IELTS is British English. For example, Americans say 'apartment', when British call it 'flat' and so on.
If you're taking the test in order to apply to uni, I'd take IELTS, as well as if you're going to Britain.

I ve sat for the two before and I can tell you that IELTS is more easier to pass compare to TOEFL. It depends on the reason for tkn the exams. as TOEFL is more acceptable in America, IELTS has more general acceptance.
