IELTS validity. Do I need to take the exam again?

I took the IELTS on 21-Nov-2015 and the exam certificate was issued on 07-Dec-2015. I have received an ITA on 19-Apr-2017 and will be submitting my Application for PR within the three month deadline, by 19-Jul-2017.

Given that it can take up to six months to process the APR, do I need to take the IELTS again?

you should be good. you already received ITA and your IELTS is valid until you apply.
