IELTS to CBL

Hello all,

I have the following IELTS

Reading: 7.0
Writing: 7.5
Listening: 7.5
Speaking: 7.5

As per skills transferability factors the Points for CLB 9 or more on all four first official languages is 25 and 13 points for CLB 7 or more on all first official language abilities, with one or more.

My question is do I get 25 points or 13 points based on my IELTS score?

If you scored 8 in listening then you will get highest points in IELTS but 7.5 in listening means CLB 8 so you struck by .5 bands. I am in same boat

My question is do I get 25 points or 13 points based on my IELTS score?
