IELTS test and updated passport

Hi all,

I have just booked a new IELTS test for this month but my passport expires in Feb. I will be applying for a new passport soon however obviously the passport number on the IELTS result page will then be different to my new passport.

Is this a problem for the future?

thank you. I assumed that a lot of people would have an expired passport a year or so after their tests. I just wanted to confirm.
