IELTS SCORE

Helooo Every one. ..
I have a doubt...I am applaying for FSWP.
My wife is the first applicant and I am as second.
For IELTS how much marks I needed in each ..speaking, listening, and writing ??
And what should be the band for me and my wife ?
Please help with your reply. ...

For the Main applicant i.e your Wife it has to be MINIMUM BAND 6 in each of the four areas, that would give 16 points for Language.

If accompanying spouse has taken a language test and has Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 or higher in all 4 abilities (5 points will be awarded) Source: CIC website.

CLB Level 4 is BAND 4.5 in listening, 3.5 in reading, and 4 in speaking and writing in IELTS. So this is what you need to score.

note that 6 is the minimum score for your wife, but if she managed to score higher obviously that means more points...i.e. if she scores 8.0 in listening and 7.0 in reading,writing and speaking - that will grant her 24 points

Have her aim for the highest possible ielts score and good luck!

Ensure that your wife and you apply for GENERAL test for FSW PR visa application.
Academic test is required for admission to universities. You can apply for any jobs once in Canada.
