for 67 points I need to get 19 points from IELTS. Can I get those in any module?

or if i get less also is it ok , will they accept?

You need to get atleast 6 in all the modules to be at CLB level 7.

atleast 6 band each is required that will give you 16 points
if you get average 7 (with 6 each) than you will be through

its possible with many interpration like 4 module 6-9 band and different points with them
so target 7 will help you
